BE IT RESOLVED by the duly elected, qualified and acting Members of the Committee of the Pacific Coast Khalsa Diwan Society, of Stockton , California , as follows:

That a reserve or Trust Fund be opened from all the receipts of free offering at the Altar of Sri Guru Granth Sahib and named Guru Nanak Reserve or Trust Fund under the following conditions:

•  This Reserve or Trust Fund will continue and be maintained permanently.

•  Executive or working Committee will have no power to withdraw any funds deposited in this Reserve Fund without the consent of the Pacific Coast Khalsa Diwan Society.

•  The funds will not be withdrawn for any purpose other than for erecting new Temples or some vital improvements of the present Temple or taxes, or some other vital purpose.

•  At any time passed by the Pacific Coast Khalsa Diwan Society to draw out of the reserve that the funds so withdrawn shall not exceed half the amount on deposit at that time.

•  The funds so withdrawn shall be replenished by the Committee authourizing it and during their tenure or term of office from the general collection fund.

All the funds authorized to be withdrawn shall bear the signature of six officers.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the duly elected, qualified and acting members of the Committee of the Pacific Coast Khalsa Diwan Society, of Stockton , California , as follows:

WHEREAS, in accordance with Resolution No. 2 of June 6 th , 1924, passed unanimously by the Committee to transfer the control of Sikh Temple, together with all the property acquired and owned by the Pacific Coast Khalsa Diwan Society, to the Central organization named Siromani Gurdwara Prabandhik Committee of Amritsar, India, (Free Divine Communion) controlling all the Sikh Temples, together with all property owned, throughout the world; and,

WHEREAS, the present Committee deems it necessary in accordance with the above mentioned Resolution to transfer the control of Sikh Temple and all properties owned and controlled by the Pacific Coast Khalsa Diwan Society at this date in order to safeguard, perpetuate and maintain all these properties for the sole purpose of religious, charitable, social and educational purposes for which this Society was formed.
